This man had what is considered an extremely tight circumcision.  From the base of his erection, about half
of this man's penis is presented with scrotal skin.  So much skin was removed during circumcision that there
is not enough skin for his adult erection to fit in.  His erection has drawn up so much of the scrotal skin that
there is precious little room for his testicles.  This has also caused an upward arching bend in the erection.

When bending over an infant's penis prior to circumcision, it is impossible for the physician to guess how
much skin the adult erection will require.  So much skin was removed during this circumcision that there is
not enough skin for this man's adult erection to fit in.   From the base of his erection, nearly one third of this
man's penis is presented with scrotal skin.  This is very painful for the female during intercourse.
